Andy is a highly accomplished Customer Service professional with over 25 years experience in this field. With hands on experience working in senior positions in well known, successful blue chip companies (BSkyB, Open Interactive TV (part of BSkyB), Book Club Associates, Innovations, Arcadia, GUS), Andy will ensure that his business knowledge and experience will provide you with effective, impartial, well researched, committed solutions.
Andy has both managed the provision of third party services (as Operations Director of a 400 staff operation), and been the key person managing outsourced services on behalf of the client. As a result, Andy understands the issues from all sides and is able to secure co-operation and trust from all stakeholders, enabling a productive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Since establishing the consultancy in 2002, Andy has worked with a variety of companies ranging from start up home shopping companies through to established multi nationals and High Street names such as De Agostini and John Lewis.
